Availability depends on whether the item is in our stock or must come from the factory.
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based; weights are rounded up to the next full pound per carrier practice.
Free shipping on standard ground parts orders over $199. Exclusions apply (for example, oversized freight, pumps with fixed freight, expedited service, and other exceptions noted at checkout or on the product page).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and your bank processing our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with RMA instructions. For custom, cut, or installed items — or anything outside the new/unopened window — contact sales before shipping anything back.
